Free games and their code

Our games are free to play on this website. You may load and run them in your browser, including the technical copies needed to play. Where an offline copy is supplied by us, you may keep it for your own personal play.

We reserve the rights we hold in original Weegie Universe game code, artwork, characters, audio and written material. Free access is not an open-source licence. Please ask before republishing, rebranding, selling, adapting or distributing our original game files or assets.

You are welcome to share links, your scores, and your own gameplay screenshots or videos, including monetised gameplay videos, provided you credit Weegie Universe and link to the game. This permission covers material we own or can license. It does not grant rights in third-party music or other third-party material.

These terms do not override applicable open-source or third-party licences, or uses permitted by law. We do not claim ownership of general game ideas, common mechanics, facts, or independently created games. AI-assisted material may have different rights depending on its creation and the relevant service terms.
